A current profile is developed and a foundation is established for coachee's roadmap for success.
Detailed action plan agreed to by all parties to increase overall leadership effectiveness and gaining support from stakeholders.
Process for development is mapped, including benchmarks to measure progress, feedback provided to Stakeholders, gaining agreement on developmental priorities.
