Career Partners International – Kansas City has a large toolkit of executive coaches, development assessments, and certifications that we use as part of our Executive Coaching process and apply according to our clients’ goals and needs. We believe the value of assessments lie in their ability to efficiently and productively facilitate the most relevant conversations between the coach and client.
To gain input into a leader’s strengths and development needs as part of a coaching process, CPI -KC employs both qualitative (interview) and quantitative (survey) assessments. We often leverage existing assessment data from internal 360 processes, or construct the framework and apply CPI – KC’ proprietary 360 process.

The Institute For Social + Emotional Intelligence®
M2H Partners is affiliated with the Institute For Social & Emotional Intelligence® (ISEI) in order to expand and improve the results for our clients. The ISEI introduces its 4 Quadrant Model of Emotional Intelligence covering 26 competencies of social and emotional intelligence utilizing the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP®) and ISEI-360 assessment providing insight and development to improve a Leaders ability to understand their own Emotional Intelligence and to observe and interact better with those they lead.
