Elaine VarelasElaine Varelas is the Managing Partner of Keystone Partners/CPI-Boston and Chairman of the Board for Career Partners International. Elaine has over 20 years of experience in career consulting and executive development.  She has worked with numerous executive management teams to improve organizational effectiveness. Her expertise includes successfully resolving complex talent management issues in the areas of downsizing, multi-site restructuring,  and redeployment.

Ron StriekerRon Strieker, Ph.D., is the Managing Partner and Practice Leader of talent management and executive coaching for CMI International/CPI-Atlanta. With a 20+ year career in executive coaching and talent management consulting, Ron brings a depth and breadth of expertise to his clients around the world, many of which are Fortune 100 organizations. In addition to serving on three boards, Ron is also on the board of the Executive MBA program in Coles School of Business and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Kennesaw State University. Ron holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois University.

Wendy BellusWendy Bellus is Chief Diversity Officer for Rabobank International, globally and Head of the Management Development/Talent Management for Rabobank’s North America Wholesale Business. Wendy has over 25 years of Human Resources responsibility in roles with increasing scope and responsibility in a broad array of HR disciplines, working for top corporations, including International Harvester, Merrill Lynch, Gulf+Western, NatWest Markets, and Citibank.

Bruce BaccusBruce Baccus is the General Manager at Rabobank Nederland Canadian Branch where he is responsible for corporate client relationships in the agribusiness industries. With 35 years of agriculture and agribusiness banking experience throughout the US and Canada, Bruce has an illustrious career holding numerous leadership positions from Manager to Executive Vice President to Deputy CEO and has led the integration of multiple acquisitions. Bruce graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Agribusiness and received graduate certificates in various finance and business course programs.

Jennifer DwyerJennifer Dwyer is the Leadership Development Manager at BASF Corporation. As part of the Talent Management Team, she is responsible for the Leadership Development programs and Executive Coaching in North America. She has 15 years of experience in Organizational and Leadership Development at global corporations, such as Citigroup and KPMG. Jennifer graduated from Columbia University, Teachers College with a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology.

This program was approved for 1 hour of general HRCI credit. The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit. The qualified participants automatically received their credit documentation from CPI Headquarters the week after the webinar.
